OMG, I love random bursts of inspiration...

I was looking at the latest page (pg 4, issue 2) and i got a random idea inspired by the cameos in it. Having a cameo done is like a commission. A person pays money for the comic artist to include one of their characters in the comic. Cameos aren't often major characters and they tend to only appear in a small part of the comic.

My idea? Well... my story was an epic fail (I'm deleting it soon) and I really wanted to make a comic that includes Akai and new characters I will design especially for the comic. Not Taroc or Featherstone. Sooo... my idea for this contest is to let you all design a character for the comic. I'll take the best 3 ideas and use them. I'm also offereing a 1 or 2 runner up prizes, for those who don't make it into the comic but have good ideas anyway.

Da Rules

1. The design MUST MUST MUST be 100% your own work.
2. Only 1 entry per person, but you can "swap" your entry if you come up with something better. (i.e: replace your old entry with your shiney new one)
3. Any media, digital, traditional... hell! You can even paint it with Muller rice if you want! XD
4. Do NOT submit a character that you have already created, no matter how awesomely kick-ass they are.

1st: Fairly large role in the comic, 3 fully coloured arts from me (prismacolor or sumi-e ink) of your choice and a feature in my journal.

2nd: Minor role in the comic, 2 fully coloured arts from me (prismacolor or sumi-e ink) of your choice and a feature.

3rd: Minor role in the comic, 1 fully coloured art and 1 lineart of your choice and a feature.

Runner Up Prize: 1 fully coloured art and a feature.
